Kathy Moore - Co-Leader Red Bluff resident, I work for a local engineering company. I have to admit I didn't realize what I was getting myself in to when we started this convivium. Now, I couldn't imagine my life without it. The mission is close to my heart, I've met such wonderful people and I'm having a blast!

Cindy & Dennis Buck We are tech people and foodies, spend part time here in Shasta County and part time in San Francisco Bay Area. We have a farm and sell duck eggs to restaurants in the bay area, and seasonal items like turkeys. visit us at www.cidreloche.com
Dave Miller, Baker Miller's Bake House is located 20 miles southeast of Chico in the
Sierra foothills. We are dedicated to providing our community with
delicious, well-crafted whole grain breads, pasta, and traditional
bagels. Some interesting features include our brick wood-fired oven,
our Austrian grain mill where we grind our flour fresh between two
massive granite stones, and the solar arrays outside the bakery which
supply the majority of our power needs. All of our organic wheat,
rye, nuts and dried fruit are purchased directly from farmers in our
region. Visit us at the Saturday Farmer's Market in Chico!
Noelle Ferdon, Co-Leader I live in Chico, work in San Francisco and love to support and enjoy the local bounty of our region. It is this desire that lead me to help establish a local chapter of Slow Food. I look forward to meeting more people through our various events and building an even stronger membership base that is passionate about preserving the food heritage and culture of our growing region! I can be reached at cnoellebelle@yahoo.com or by calling (530) 894-5194.
